They called their home Vey. It was not destroyed by a single flood. It was dismantled, carefully, by people who finally understood that permanence was a kind of promise nobody could keep. The five projects were rejected; their useful pieces went into boats, cradles, shelters and ordinary lamps. This museum remembers the spectacular failures. Somewhere outside its imaginary walls, the unremarkable repairs are still working.
